Cooling towers live outdoors in heat, freezing temperatures and constant water flow, so wear is inevitable. Our technicians repair:

Cooling Tower Service FAQs

How often should a cooling tower be serviced?

Most towers need inspection and cleaning at least twice a year, with seasonal start-up in spring and winterization in fall. Towers running year-round, or serving critical loads, benefit from monthly checks.

What's the difference between counterflow and crossflow cooling towers?

In a counterflow tower, air moves up while water falls down through the fill. In a crossflow tower, air moves horizontally across the falling water. Each design has different footprint, maintenance and efficiency trade-offs, and we service both.

Should I repair, rebuild or replace my cooling tower?

It depends on the condition of the casing and structure. If the structure is sound, a rebuild with new fill and mechanical components is often far cheaper than replacement. We’ll give you a side-by-side comparison.
