On July 6, 2023, Alfano Mechanical LLC acquired Alfano Mechanical Incorporated. Alfano Mechanical LLC was founded in March 2023 by Thomas McCarthy. Thomas is a proud Air Force veteran. During his 10 years in the Air Force, Thomas learned the values of hard work, integrity, and commitment, among others. After leaving the Air Force, Thomas entered the corporate world, where he worked his way up the corporate ladder to become a successful and respected Information Technology executive. In 2023, Thomas left the corporate world to form and operate Alfano Mechanical LLC.

Jonathan Lutkus is a licensed Master HVAC-R Contractor (License No. 19HC004985600) and minority owner of Alfano Mechanical LLC. Jonathan started his career in the HVAC-R industry in the 1980s.
